The Finance Analyst will be responsible for the accurate collection
and reporting of Sales data within the Tableau system for Worldwide
Responsibilities:
* Working with the outsourced company that manages data processing to
ensure weekly and monthly sell through reportsare accurate and timely.
* Ensure that data fed to Tableau is in sync with original records.
* Validating published reports.
* Identifying/investigating related Sales reporting issues until
they are resolved.
* Working closely with North America, EMEA and Asia/Pacific sales to
ensure worldwide resellers are assigned to correct business unit,
channel and sales rep.
* Ensuring pricing accuracy.
* Ensuring Sales Reporting Processes adhere to internal procedures.
* Conducting audits of partner sales out data.
* Training the user community (which may involve travel to
international sales locations).
* Participating in systems improvements to track and process
customer rebate claims more effectively.
* Facilitating implementation of processes to be able to track sales
data and enable a geographical territory allocation of sales quota.
* Provide reporting assistance, analysis and investigation to the
FP&A team.
* Assist with pricing Requests.
SKILLS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent required. Tableau or other Data
Visualisation system experience is a plus.
* 2 years +? experience, part qualified accountant is an
advantage.
* Strong analytical skills, advanced in Excel (Pivot Table
knowledge). Understanding of database structure and concepts is a
plus.
* Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written and oral communication
skills.
* Presents ideas and information in a concise, well-organized
manner;
